Founded in 1992 by Dr. Lowe, DC she opened the first clinic to offer CDL/DOT physicals at locations where commercial drivers and non-commercial workers could walk-in for a DOT (CDL) Physical without an appointment, have ample parking for their big-rigs and have a low cost medical card Certified by FMCSA.
The DOT division of the DMV will not accept DOT physicals from any doctor who is not on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners list all of our doctors are on the National Registry!
We issue the FMCSA Certified medical exam certificate and FMCSA CERTIFIED long form the same day the driver passes the DOT physical exam. Because we do not treat patients for contagious diseases you will not be sitting in a waiting room being exposed to the poor souls who have these diseases.
We will continue our efforts to offer the highest quality FMCSA Certified CDL & non-CDL Physical for the lowest fees and at the drivers convenience.
