 DOT/CDL-Occupational Physical was founded in 1992 by Dr.Williams-Lowe,DC she opened the first clinic to offer CDL/DOT physicals at locations where commercial drivers could walk-in for a DOT Physical without an appointment, have ample parking for their big-rigs and have a low cost DOT Physical by a doctor, not a physician's assistant, to ensure that our commercial drivers have the highest quality physical available. We issue the DOT medical card and long form the same day the driver passes the physical exam. Because we do not treat patients for contagious diseases the drivers will not be sitting in a waiting room being exposed to the poor souls who have these  diseases. We will continue our efforts to offer; the highest quality CDL Physical for the lowest fees and at the drivers convenience. We have 2 locations: Johnson's corner truck Stop on I-25, Exit 254 between Cheyenne, Wy and Johnstown, Co, our other location is HWY 85 and US 34 between Denver, Co and Cheyenne,Wy. Stop on in to ask questions about your Medical examiners certificate and the CDL/DOT-Occupational physical and get a free blood pressure screening. We look forward to meeting you.
